This study aims to identify key sectors in countries showing any class change in level of income and to examine whether there is any relationship between sectors and income classes. Another aim of the study is to identify emerging and disappearing sectors in key sectors during periods when countries’ income levels change. In this context, four basic income classes published by the World Bank are examined for 43 countries but class change was identified only in 12 countries between 2000-2014. 7343 sayılı Kanun ile İcra ve İflâs Kanunu’nun özellikle paraya çevirme aşamasına ilişkin hükümlerinde birçok değişik- lik yapılmış, yeni düzenlemeler hayata geçirilmiştir. Bunlardan birisi de 7343 sayılı Kanun’un 13. maddesi ile İcra ve İflâs Kanunu’na eklenen 111/b maddesi ile getirilen, kısaca elektronik satış olarak adlandırılan, elektronik ortamda açık artırma ile satıştır. Söz konusu düzenleme gerek taşınır satışlarında, gerekse taşınmaz satışlarında uygulanması gereken genel bir düzenleme niteliğindedir. Global climate change threatens the ecosystem and has long-term consequences for societies. Human activities, particularly the use of fossil fuels, contribute to global warming due to greenhouse gas emissions. According to reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in 2001, 2007, and 2013, human activities have been identified as the primary cause of global warming observed since the mid-20th century. Factors contributing to global warming and climate change include energy consumption for electricity and heating, the use of fossil fuels, and the emission of greenhouse gases. By incorporating sustainable building envelope designs, achieving the recommended daylighting levels is possible. This article examines the role of facade design in providing sustainable Energy for lighting and its impact on carbon footprint. The case study of the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality building and the analysis of daylight levels in its spaces serve as a guiding example for the renovation of public buildings.
