Özet
İşletmelerin varlıklarını sağlıklı bir şekilde yürütebilmeleri ve rekabetin hızla arttığı günümüzde insan faktörüne dayalı ortaya çıkan olay ve olguları anlamlandırmaları son derece önemlidir. Son dönemlerde işletme içerisinde insan davranışlarını etkileyen faktörler arasında örgütsel sinizm ve tükenmişlik kavramları görülmektedir. Örgütsel sinizm, belli bir bireye, gruba veya kuruma yönelik hissedilen şüphecilik ve güvensizliğin beraberinde getirdiği hayal kırıklıkları, aldatılma hissi ve kişisel çıkarların önde tutulduğunu hissetme gibi duygulara neden olan bir kavramdır. Tükenmişlik ise uzun süre stres altında kalan bireyin içsel kaynaklarında tükenme durumuna gelmesi diğer bir ifadeyle kronik bir gerginliktir. Bireyde görülen örgütsel sinizmin zamanla tükenmişliğe yol açtığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı ise örgütsel sinizmin tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Kayseri ilinde hizmet sektöründe çalışan 268 kişi ile araştırma gerçekleşmiştir. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan çalışmanın veri toplama yöntemi anket tekniğidir. Hipotezler, SPSS paket programı kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel sinizmin tükenmişliğin üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi vardır. Örgütsel sinizmin alt boyutu olan bilişsel boyutun tükenmişlik üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi yokken, örgütsel sinizmin alt boyutu olan duyuşsal ve davranışsal boyutun tükenmişlik üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi vardır.
In today's world, where businesses can operate their assets in a healthy way and competition is increasing rapidly, it is extremely important to make sense of the occurrences and phenomena that arise based on the human factor. Recently, Organizational cynicism and the burnout concepts are seen among the factors that affecting human behavior within the enterprise. Organizational cynicism is a concept that causes feelings of frustration, the feeling of being deceived, and the feeling that personal interests are being put first brought about by skepticism and insecurity towards a particular individual, a group, or an institution. Burnout, on the other hand, is chronic tension in which the state of exhaustion in the internal resources of the individual who has been under stress for a long time. It has been observed that organizational cynicism in the individual leads to burnout over time. The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational cynicism on burnout. For this purpose, research was carried out with 268 person working in service industry in Kayseri province. The data collection method of the study using the quantitative research method is the survey technique. The hypotheses were tested using the SPSS package program. According to the results of the research, Organizational cynicism has a meaningful effect on burnout. The cognitive dimension, which is the subdivision of the organizational cynicism, has no meaningful effect on burnout, on the other hand, the sensory and behavioral dimension, which is the subdivision of the organizational cynicism, has a meaningful effect on burnout.
