Özet
The peripheral giant cell granuloma (PGCG) is a common benign hyperplasticand reactive gingival lesion occurring mostly in adults. We report a case of a10-year-old boy presenting with a six-month history soft tissue mass of the leftmandibular gingiva associated with ulceration area. An excisional biopsy ofthe lesion followed by histopathologic examination of the biopsy specimenrevealed distinctive features of peripheral giant cell granuloma. In these casereport after 12 months of follow up spontaenous eruptions of permanent teethwere noticed. Clinical, radiographical and histological characteristics arediscussed and recommendations regarding treatment.
