| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada ve Türkiye’de göçler hızlı bir şekilde devam etmektedir. Göçün ise hem göçü yapan birey hem de göç edilen bölge için çeşitli sonuçları olmaktadır. Her göçmen sosyal öğrenme yolu ile öğrendiği kültürü de beraberinde göç ettiği yere taşımaktadır. Bireylerin kültürlenme yolu ile öğrendiği toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri de beraberinde taşıdığı önemli unsurlardandır. Ancak toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında göç ettiği topluma bireyin adapte olma süreci farklı şekillerde olmaktadır. Bu makale bu adaptasyon aşamasının nasıl olabileceğini açıklamaya çalışırken buna hem kadın hem de erkek açısından bakmaya çalışmıştır. Aynı zamanda göç edeni bekleyen riskler kadar göç edilen bölge içinde değişimin potansiyel bir faktör olduğu ve göç edilen bölge içinde olumlu ya da olumsuz değişimlere sebep olabileceği belirtilmiştir. Migrations in the world and Turkey is continuing quickly. Immigration has various consequences for both the migrant individual and the migrated region. The culture he learned through immigrant social learning is also carried where he migrated together. The gender roles that individuals learn through cultivation are also important elements that they bring with them. However, the process of adapting the collective individual migrated in the context of gender is in different forms. While this article tries to explain how this adaptation phase might be, it tries to look at it from both men's and women's perspective. At the same time it is stated that the risk of migration is a potential factor of change within the migrated region and may lead to positive or negative changes within the migrated region. | |
