Özet
Neoliberal dönemde kadın istihdamı oldukça çetrefilli yollardan geçmekte ve istihdam koşulları günden güne farklı formatlara evrilmektedir. Kadın istihdamı tüm dünyada yaşanan ve 1970’ler sonu itibarıyla etkisini gösteren neoliberal uygulamalarla birlikte şekillenmiştir. Neoliberalizmin küreselleşme, istihdamın esnekleşmesi, ihracata dayalı sanayileşme ve istihdamın tarım ve endüstri sektöründen ziyade hizmet sektöründe konumlanması gibi başat sonuçları olmuştur. Ülkemizde de benzer dönüşümler yaşanmış ve istihdam biçimleri bu dönüşümler doğrultusunda yeniden biçimlendirilmiştir. Alışveriş Merkezleri(AVM)’ler bu ekonomik dönüşümün kritik noktasını oluşturmaktadır çünkü hem yarattığı tüketim kültürü hem de istihdam biçimleri ile ayrıksı bir örnek teşkil etmekte ve neoliberalizmin tezahürü olarak kent meydanlarında yükselmektedir. AVM’de çalışmak ise madalyonun iki yüzünü oluşturmaktadır. Şöyle ki, AVM’de çalışmak kayıtlı ve sigortalı çalışmayı temin etmekte ancak aynı zamanda uzun mesaileri ve tatil günlerinde çalışmayı da kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ise AVM’lerdeki kadın çalışanların çalışma koşullarını toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı olarak Kayseri ili çerçevesinde analiz etmektir. Çalışmanın yöntemi olarak da yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine mülakat uygulanacaktır. Yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde ise toplumsal cinsiyet perspektifinden AVM’de var olan emek biçimleri (estetik emek, duygusal emek, duygulanımsal emek) analiz edilecektir. ,In the neoliberal period, women's employment has gone through quite complicated ways and employment conditions evolve from day to day into different formats. Women employment has been formed with neoliberal implementations which has affected whole world in the after 1970’s.Neoliberalism has dominant results which are globalization, flexible employment, exportoriented industrialization and more employment rate in service sector rather than industry or agricultural sector. Similar transformations exist in our country and employment forms have been re-formed by these transformations. Shopping malls are so important for this economic transformation because they both have created new consumption culture and new forms of employment and so they rise up in urban city centers as the manifestation of neoliberalism. Working at the shopping mall constitutes two sides of the medallion. That is to say, working at the shopping mall ensures that registered and insured work, but also includes work on long holidays and holidays. The purpose of this study is to analyze the working conditions of women workers in in Kayseri province based on social sex. Semi-structured interview will be used as the method of this study. At the conclusion of the negotiations, labor forms (aesthetic labor, emotional labor, affective labor) existing in the shopping mall will be analyzed according to the gender perspective.
