Project scheduling has been still one of the hottest topics in the management area. The goal of traditional project management is to complete the project at the earliest possible time in accordance with the available resources without violating priority relations of the activities involved. Unlike traditional project management, this study deals with the possibility of a coalition among the staf available to accomplish tasks of the project. Motivated by the increasing civilian use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), this paper considers the simultaneous location and routing of UAVs for multiple missions and diferent weather conditions. We include modeling and computational experience inspired by requirements for air surveillance by the Turkish government’s public agencies. Bu çalışmada tamamıyla bulanık ortamdaki tek makine çizelgeleme probleminde, öğrenme ve bozulma etkileri altındaki işlere ait ağırlıklı erken/geç tamamlanma maliyetlerinin en aza indirilmesi için bulanık karma tamsayılı doğrusal olmayan bir matematiksel model sunulmuştur. This chapter presents a mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) model for a fuzzy parallel machine scheduling problem under fuzzy job deterioration and learning effects with fuzzy processing times in order to minimize fuzzy makespan. Dynamic programming approach to selling and buying of stocks in XU030 ındex of BIST by forecasting stock prices for next five years

- In this paper, historical data of stocks in the XU030 index of BIST are examined by considering their trends and seasonal behaviors in order to forecast next five year’s stock prices by using ARIMA or seasonal ARIMA technique. Then, a mixed integer programming model is executed for generating a portfolio management for next five years. The proposed mixed integer programming model is based on knapsack problem. The knapsack problem is one of the most applicable portfolio management models.
