dc.description.abstractIn this study, a case was analyzed that allows to question gender identity, sexual orientation and sexuality. Sexual orientation and gender identity were dealt with during the therapy session with the client who applied to the clinic due to relational and sexual problems with her virgin lesbian partner and identified herself as a lesbian. The client understood the discrepancy of her gender identity and gender identity was restructured. Accordingly, the relationship psychically defined as a lesbian relationship has become psychically transsexual (heterosexual) and has led to the question of the future of the lesbian relationship. In this case analysis, sexual position taking, gender identity, sexual orientation and sexual behavior were examined through lesbian and transsexual relations.
