Application of best relay selection approach to cooperative DF IDMA systems over Rayleigh/Weibull fading channels

This paper analyzes the performance of cooperative decode‐and‐forward (DF)interleave‐division multiple‐access (IDMA) networks with best relay selectionover Rayleigh/Weibull fading environments. In the analysis, approximate out-age probability (OP) and bit error probability (BEP) expressions are derivedfor the considered system. Modulation of the electronic transport properties of silicon nanotubesvia hydrogenation ratio

In this work, electronic transport properties of hydrogenated silicon nanotubes (SiNTs) are studied using first-principles methods. Metallic (4, 4) and (7, 7) SiNTs are simulated using density functional theory combined with non-equilibrium Green's function formalism. The current–voltage characteristics of these nanotubes are obtained for various hydrogenation ratios considering that hydrogenation provides stability to SiNT structures as studied in the literature. To this end, novelanalytical expressions are proposed for optimal rate adaptation withconstant transmit power, channel inversion with afixed rate and trun-cated channel inversion withfixed rate schemes in this Letter. Purpose – One important assumption in the conventional cooperative game theory is that payoffs are assumed to be deterministic. In terms of the players’ cognitive ability of the realistic world, this is a very strict assumption.
