Investigation of static and dynamic electronic transport characteristics of zigzag arsenene nanoribbons: An ab-initio study

Electrical transmission characteristics of zigzag arsenene nanoribbons having various widths are investigated in this paper. Both static current-voltage characteristics and dynamic kinetic inductance, quantum capacitance and cut-off frequency parameters are obtained via ab initio computations for zigzag arsenene nanoribbons having eight different widths.
