Huge complex odontoma and treatment

Odontomas are the most common benign tumors of odontogenic origin. Due to the absence of symptoms, they are usually diagnosed on routine radiographs. Odontomas are divided based on their radiographic, clinical and histological features; compound odontoma and complex odontoma.
