This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of person-job fit of accounting professionals on their job performances. The "Person-Job Fit" scale, developed by Brkich, Jeffs and Carless (2002) and adapted to Turkish by Uçanok (2008), was used to measure person-job fit in the study. Four statements taken by Sigler and Pearson (2000) from Kirkman and Rosen (1999) were used in order to measure job performance.
